We deal with your new lender and pay off the old one. And we check your title at the same time, so it’s good and marketable for your new lender.
Lender panels
Every cost is itemised in your quote. See full pricing.
How it works
A fixed quote that sets out the costs from the outset.
We check your ID and request your title and lender instructions.
Title checked, new mortgage set up, old one paid off.
We register your new mortgage and confirm when it’s complete.

“Most of my correspondence throughout the transfer was with Michael Clark. Michael is very easy to talk to, patient, understanding and most importantly ready to answer any queries at the end of the phone.”
“Absolutely amazing service, quick response, always available to answer any questions, very patient and understanding and gave good clear advice. Wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you”
“Amy was amazing throughout, could not recommend a better service”

We act for many UK lenders. [Lender panel list to be confirmed.] If we’re not on your lender’s panel, we’ll tell you before you instruct us.
Your new lender needs a title that is good and marketable. Checking it now means any issue is found and fixed during the remortgage, not when you come to sell.
Your quote sets out our fee and disbursements such as Land Registry fees. Lender arrangement fees are charged by your lender, not us.
