Every move is different, so we cost your quote on your transaction rather than a one-size price. Your quote sets out our fee and every third-party cost, such as searches and Land Registry fees, before you instruct us.
Yes. Your file is handled by our property team and supervised by SRA-regulated solicitors. You’ll know who is dealing with your move and how to reach them.
However suits you best: phone, email, text, post, video call or face to face. We explain things in plain English and tell you what happens next at every stage.
